1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Aurora AI platform ("Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Continued use of the Platform after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the modifications.
2. Service Description
Aurora AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers:
- Creation and customization of chatbots with artificial intelligence
- Integration with websites through customizable widget
- Knowledge base for chatbot training
- Control panel for conversation management and analytics
- Different subscription plans with varied functionalities
3. Registration and Account
To use the Platform, you must:
- Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
- Be responsible for all activities performed on your account
- Immediately notify about any unauthorized use
- Have legal capacity to accept these terms (over 18 years old or authorized by guardian)
4. Plans and Payments
4.1 Free Plan
We offer a free plan with limited functionality so you can evaluate our Platform before subscribing to a paid plan.
4.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans are charged monthly, with automatic renewal. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
4.3 Upgrade and Downgrade
You can change your plan at any time. In case of upgrade, the proportional amount will be charged immediately. In case of downgrade, the new price will be applied in the next billing cycle.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings panel. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the plan features until the end of the already paid period. There is no proportional refund for early cancellations.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
- Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraud
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its servers
- Resell or redistribute the service without express authorization
- Use the service for unauthorized collection of personal data
- Create bots that provide false or misleading information
6. Intellectual Property
Aurora AI and all its content (code, design, texts, logos, brands) are the exclusive property of F13 Code or its licensors. You do not acquire any property rights over the Platform beyond the license to use granted by these terms.
The content you create on the Platform (knowledge bases, bot configurations, etc.) remains your property. However, you grant us a license to process and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or data loss
- Responses generated by chatbot artificial intelligence
- Decisions made based on interactions with chatbots
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
8. Availability and SLA
We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. In case of unscheduled prolonged unavailability (over 24 hours), you may request credit proportional to the affected period.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users
- There is default in subscription payments
- Required by law or court order
In case of termination, you will have 30 days to export your data, after which they will be permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
